Below we provide information and instructions on room amenities and the facility in general.

Pets
We welcome your furry family members: we are animal lovers.
We ask that a few guidelines be observed, for the well-being of all:
Due to the presence of Asia, we only accept dogs, upon request, of any size, as long as they are well-behaved.
They can keep you company in any area of the B&B, even during breakfast, as long as they do not disturb other guests and are always under your supervision. In particular, be careful when the gates are open, either to the street or to the fields.
We ask for a surcharge of € 15.00 for sanitising the room at the end of your stay. Should we find damage caused by your dog’s actions to furniture and/or fabrics and linen, we will be obliged to charge you for repairs/replacements.
Bathroom: equipment
A hairdryer is at your disposal. It is located inside the basket under the sink.
Find hand soap and shampoo/foam dispensers. We preferred them to single-dose dispensers for environmental sustainability.
Kettle and selection of teas/infusions
We offer you a small selection of teas and infusions. Feel free to fill the kettle with softened tap water.
Change of linen
We change the sheets and towels every three days.
Safety box
It is located inside the cabinet. Instructions for use:
To store the code: press the red button on the inside, on the short side of the door. The yellow light comes on.
Enter a 3- to 8-digit code and press B. A beep and the turning off of the yellow light confirm that the code has been entered.
To close the safe: enter the stored code, press B and turn the knob.
To open: enter the stored code, press B and turn the knob.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any missing/lost personal items left unattended in the room.
Frigobar
In the minibar you will find a bottle of water and two soft drinks. It’s our welcome, we offer them to you. Note: leave empty water bottles in the room, it is returnable glass. Thank you!
Would you like a refill of your minibar, without the hassle of buying it outside? We’ll take care of it! You find the price list on the counter of the breakfast room.
Garden
The outdoor dining area at the front and back of the building, including tables and chairs, is at your complete disposal.
Feel free to sit down for lunch, dinner, relaxation.
We ask you the courtesy to tidy up after use and not to leave rubbish lying around.
A visit to the orchard or a walk through the back gate is only possible when accompanied by the property.
The aromatic garden is at your disposal. You will find mint, basil, oregano, parsley, sage, thyme, savory, rosemary and bay leaves.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax for the City of Abano Terme in B&B is € 1.50 per day/person from 16 years of age, for the first 7 overnight stays.
Handicapped persons, the police and volunteers on duty are exempt, upon presentation of documentation proving their exemption.
Breakfast
It is served in the lounge on the ground floor from 7.30 to 9.00 am.
If you are planning to go out or leave earlier than the start time of breakfast, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange it.
Intolerances, allergies, special dietary requirements (vegetarian – vegan): when booking, we always ask you to inform us about this. However, if you forget to inform us, we will do our best to serve you a rich and energetic breakfast.
In the case of allergies/celiac disease, breakfast will be based on packaged products.
Waste
Help us limit waste production and, above all, recycle!
You will find a recycling station for paper, plastic/cans and glass on the ground floor near the stairs. Place your waste there correctly. If you have any doubts, ask us.
Undifferentiated rubbish should be thrown in the bin in your room; please keep the wet waste separate, which we take away in the morning when we tidy up the room.
Room rearrangement
Every morning we are allowed to enter the room for a quick tidy-up. Please put your personal belongings away so that we do not have to touch them for tidying up.
If you do not wish to be disturbed/if you prefer that we do not enter your room during your stay, please let us know.
Magnetic door opener card
The card gives access to the residential entrance under the porch and to your room.
To gain access from the outside, bring the card close to the reader and wait for the door to finish unlocking the lock.
To access the room, place the card close to the reader. You will hear the sound of the lock being unlocked.
If the reader flashes red and the door does not unlock, there is a problem with the card. Please contact us.
Once inside the room, the card must be inserted into the pocket next to the door to activate the lighting and sockets. If you forget, the lights go out after 10 minutes.
Remember to take your card with you when you go out.
